Hi my name is Monette Escaname and I'm a registered nurse and have been an RN for a little over 15yrs. I'm currently working at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg,TX. I've been an ICU nurse for 10years, have worked in home health and hospice and emergency room as well. In October of 2013 I was given the opportunity to work as a clinical informatics analyst. I've been so happy about the decision I made to move to the department. I now am working on completing the certification for health informatics. It's been a while since I've been back in school, I'm nervous, anxious yet eager to get started.
