Lorenzo patient record systems was a health record system developed in the United Kingdom and launched June 2010. It is currently dismantled and is largely regarded as one of the most expensive IT failures in Healthcare.

Lorenzo is a bespoke developed Patient Health Record system developed by CSC for the National Health System in the UK.
