Since McKesson purchased PRACTICE PARTNER service has deteriorated severely. Recent UPDATES generated nightmarish installation issues that SERVICE dept dealt with poorly and incompetently. Ultimately we had to bring in an IT consultant. Sad deterioration of a piece of software we used to love
