I am a clinical neonatologist. I became aware of the field of clinical informatics late in my career. I was introduced to the field when I was asked to serve as the neonatologist to the Computerized Physician Order Entry design team at the hospital where I worked. I am currently working towards certification in clinical informatics. I am currently enrolled in BMI 512 course offered at OHSU.
