Ilya IVLEV is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Oregon Health & Science University (Portland OR, USA) and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Technology at Czech Technical University in Prague. He has completed his education at the Siberian State Medical University (M.D. 2009). He holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical and Clinical Technology from the Czech Technical University in Prague (2014). As an author and co-author, he has published three monographs and more than 20 other publications dealing with decision-making in health care, health technology assessment (HTA) and management (HTM).
