J Edward B. Maddela, MD

Dr. Maddela graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in both Psychology and Exercise Science. After spending four years in the Philippines, he earned his medical degree from the San Beda College of Medicine. "Jed" trained in family medicine at HonorHealth in Arizona and subsequently served as a primary care physician for a local community health center, while also teaching at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix.

Currently, Jed is a Clinical Informatics Fellow at Banner University Medical Center- one of only 11 ACGME approved fellowships of its kind in the United States. His interests include prescriptive "big data" analytics, innovative medical education, and improving EHR utilization.

Jed continues to serve in diverse clinical, academic, and business environments. He plans to fuse his unique skill set with modern information science to enhance and optimize the delivery of patient centered care.
