Dr. Siddhartha Srivastava is an Assistant Professor in General Internal Medicine at Queen's University and works at Kingston Health Science Centre. He has dual undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Biological Science from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of British Columbia. He completed medical school at the University of Calgary, and residency and subspecialty training in General Internal Medicine at Queen’s University. Dr. Srivastava subsequently joined the Division of General Internal Medicine at Queen’s University in 2016. Dr. Srivastava’s clinical practice involves attending on the General Internal Medicine (GIM) clinical teaching units, GIM consult service, and outpatient care in perioperative medicine and refractory hypertension.

Dr. Srivastava’s academic interests include clinical informatics, quality improvement, and medical education. He is currently undertaking a Clinical Informatics Master from Oregon Health Science University. He is passionate about integration of technology and information in health care and how it improves healthcare providers’ workflow, patient outcomes, and the healthcare system.
