Michelle Hribar, PhD, received her PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Northwestern University. Her initial work in usability was with building software tools for using high performance massively parallel computers and integrating usability into the software development process. For the past nine years she has been an Instructor in DMICE and as director of an informatics shared resource supporting researchers’ informatics and usability needs. She is currently an NLM post-doctoral fellow in Biomedical Informatics at OHSU focusing on the optimizing clinical workflows.
