I am Jeff Tripp and currently live in Salem, OR. I am a student in the OHSU MBI program (HIM track). My background primarily consists of coordinating various types of translation projects. Previously, I was an Implementation Manager for Translations.com in Corvallis, OR specializing in a proxy based web localization technology called OneLink. After a few years I was ready to try something new and my wife who is an echocardiographer got me interested in the field of HIM and informatics. I recently started volunteering at Salem hospital in the HIM department and primarily assist by scanning paper medical records and linking them to the electronic health record.
