The Clinfowiki, short for Clinical Informatics Wiki, was created on 27 July 2005 by Dean F. Sittig, Ph.D. The goal of this resource is to provide clinical informaticians around the world a place to document and discuss many of the most important lessons they have learned in their day to day activities. Whenever possible, I hope that we will have real "evidence" to support our assertions, but for the time being, I would be happy to simply have the knowledge we have already gained written down in a form that others can use. Please tell all your colleagues about this resource.Dean
