mPrescribing is prescribing mHealth apps to patients. mPrescribing programs will give hospitals and physicians a mechanism for prescribing mHealth apps to patients. At the touch of a button, doctors can send an email with a secure link to download the prescribed app directly to the patient. This same mechanism can be used to prescribe educational material such as documents and videos.
