My name is Hanna Nelson (which is not pronounced "Hannah") and I am in the Health Information Management track working towards my Masters at OHSU. I received by BA from Lewis&Clark College in 2010 in Psychology. After graduating I found my current job position at OHSU for the Oregon POLST Registry. To make the Registry successful and to ensure we are making high quality data available to those in the healthcare profession, we do a lot of entry and validation type of work. The POLST program has grown a lot in Oregon since 2011 and continues to receive 100+ forms on a daily basis.
