I have been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2000. I have worked in Continuing Care Retirement Communities and for-profit and not-for-profit skilled nursing homes. I am also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and have worked at Oregon's Medicare Quality Improvement Organization since 2009. I have worked on several improvement projects both in the skilled nursing areas and also in community care coordination working with all levels and types of providers across the healthcare continuum.
